Treatment Plans

Organize proposed procedures into stages, track progress, and share planned care with the patient.

Treatment Plans are separate from Treatment History:

  • Treatment History records what has been observed, documented, or delivered.
  • Treatment Plans organize what the clinic intends to deliver and how that care is progressing.

Treatment Plan tutorials

Open Treatment Plans

  1. Open a patient from the Patients panel.
  2. In the patient profile, select Plans beside Visits.
  3. Use the plan status filter to find plans in progress, in preparation, completed, or rejected.
  4. Select a plan to open its full workspace.

The default filters prioritize active work so that current plans are easy to find during a visit.

Scope

This section covers patient treatment plans, their stages, procedures, statuses, and day-to-day plan actions. Invoices, payments, insurance, and other administrative workflows are documented separately.

For recorded clinical information, continue with Treatment History. For follow-up after care, continue with Follow Ups.
