Radiographs and Ortho Photos

Radiographs

1. Open a patient.
2. Select Radiographs.
3. Choose a view such as All, Intraoral, Pano, or Ceph when available.
4. Review existing images or click Upload File to add a new radiograph.
5. Use the correct layout position when the selected view displays a radiograph map.

You can also drag and drop images into the upload area when the drop zone is visible. The image can be attached to the current appointment when an appointment is selected.

Select an image to open a larger view. Use the image navigation and available file actions to review it.

Ortho Photos

1. Select Ortho Photos in the history tabs.
2. Confirm that an appointment is selected when you want to review appointment-specific photos.
3. Use Upload File to add a photo to the first available position, or upload it into the appropriate photo position.
4. Use the photo tools to review the layout.
5. Save the arrangement when you finish editing.

The Ortho Photos workspace can include alignment guides and download actions. Use the guides to capture consistent facial or orthodontic views across visits.

File and privacy guidance

Use clear file names and upload the image to the correct patient. Radiographs and photos contain sensitive clinical information. Follow your clinic's file and privacy policy when downloading or sharing them.
