Find Patients
Open Patients from the left navigation.
Search by a specific field
Use the search mode buttons above the patient list to choose the field you want to search:
- Name searches the patient's full name;
- Phone searches the phone number;
- MRN searches the medical record number;
- Identity searches an identity value;
- Email searches the email address.
After choosing a search mode, type in the search box. The list updates after a short pause. For an identity or MRN, begin with # when your clinic uses that convention. For a phone number, include the country prefix when needed.
Use patient list tabs
The bottom tabs help you switch between patient groups:
- Recent shows patients you opened recently;
- All Patients shows the clinic's active patient list;
- Initial shows patients marked as initial;
- Archived shows archived patient records.
Selecting a patient opens the patient profile. The patient is also added to Recent for quick access later.
Use additional filters
Click Filters to open the advanced patient filter panel. The available filters depend on your clinic configuration and may include groups, tags, demographic details, appointment activity, balances, notes, files, and other patient attributes.
- Open Filters.
- Select one or more filter values.
- Review the selected-filter count on the Filters button.
- Apply the filters.
- Clear individual filters or reset the filter panel when you want to return to a broader list.
You can combine quick search with advanced filters. For example, search by name and then narrow the results to a specific patient group.
Patient list information
Each patient row can show:
- patient name, MRN, birthday, and age;
- the selected search value, such as phone, email, identity, or MRN;
- phone number;
- the next or last visit;
- patient tags;
- initial status;
- outstanding debts or available credits.
The information shown depends on your permissions and the data available for that patient.
Common questions
I cannot find a patient
Check that you selected the correct search mode. Try the full name, phone number with its country prefix, MRN, identity, or email. Also check whether the patient is in Archived rather than All Patients.
Can I export the patient list?
Users with the required clinic role may see the export action in the Patients panel. Exported data can contain sensitive patient information, so follow your clinic's privacy and access rules.
