Review inventory valuation, orders, returns, sales, stock movement, profit, turnover, and write-offs.

Open Reports → Inventory.

Inventory reports explain stock movement and value. Use this report to review whether products are being ordered, sold or issued, returned, written off, and valued correctly.

Inventory reporting depends on product setup, branch selection, stock movement records, and users or rooms assigned to sales.

What Inventory contains

The Inventory report includes these main areas:

  • Inventory Valuation: current stock value and change compared with the previous period.
  • Profit: sales margin from inventory movement.
  • Write-offs: stock value lost through write-offs.
  • Orders: purchased stock, shipping, discounts, and order totals.
  • Orders Returns: stock or value returned from orders.
  • Sales: stock issued or sold to doctors or rooms, including profit and turnover.
  • Sales Returns: stock returned after a sale or issue.

The report also shows Net Inventory Flow, which compares product movement into and out of inventory.

Inventory ratios

The KPI strip and charts can show:

  • opening and closing valuation checkpoints;
  • profit rate;
  • write-off rate;
  • turnover;
  • current period compared with the prior period.

Use ratios when you need more than the raw total. A high sales total may be healthy, but a weak profit rate or high write-off rate can still show a problem.
