Doctor Performance Report

Review provider performance by payments, procedures, visits, treatment plans, occupancy, and rankings.

Open Reports → Doctors.

Doctors explains provider performance for the selected period. Depending on permissions, the tab may appear as My Report and show only the current user's own results.

Doctor reports depend on correct provider assignment in appointments, procedures, payments, treatment plans, and working hours.

What Doctors contains

The Doctors report can include:

  • Payments: revenue connected to the provider.
  • Procedures: procedure total, quantity, quantity per visit, and average value.
  • Visits: total visits, successful visits, new patients, no-shows, and cancellations.
  • Plans: treatment plans presented, approved, rejected, and acceptance rate.
  • Occupancy: scheduled hours, patient time, no-patient time, and occupancy percentage.

Use this report to understand provider output and schedule utilization, not only payment totals.

Top and low performance

The performance board can switch between Top Performance and Low Performance.

Ranking can be sorted by:

  • Payments;
  • Successful Visits;
  • Occupancy.

This helps managers identify strong results and areas that need coaching, schedule support, or workflow review.

All Users list

The All Users list shows provider rows for the selected period.

Use:

  • Search to find a user;
  • sorting tabs to compare by payments, procedures, visits, plans, or occupancy;
  • Show More when the clinic has many users;
  • row expansion to see deeper details.

Expanded provider details

Open a provider row to review detailed sections:

  • Finances: payments, revenue share, taxes, and discounts.
  • Procedures: total production, procedures per visit, quantity, and average.
  • Visits: success, total visits, new patients, no-shows, and cancellations.
  • Plans: acceptance, presented plans, approved plans, and rejected plans.
  • Utilization: occupancy, scheduled time, patient time, and no-patient time.

These details are useful when one headline number needs explanation. For example, low payments may come from low occupancy, fewer visits, fewer procedures per visit, or lower treatment plan acceptance.

Useful features

  • Use date range and branch filters before comparing providers.
  • Search for a provider by name.
  • Sort the list by the metric you are reviewing.
  • Expand a row to understand the reason behind the result.
  • Use Download Report to export doctor performance data.

If you see My Report, your account is limited to your own provider analytics. Managers with broader permissions can review the full Doctors report.
