Your selected view is remembered when you return to the calendar.
Show by rooms or users
The resource filter lets you switch the schedule between:
- Rooms: show columns for clinic rooms;
- Users: show columns for providers or other calendar users.
Open Filters, search for a room or user, select one or more resources, and choose Apply Filters. You can also narrow the list by branch, room group, user group, or another configured clinic group.
If no resources are selected, the calendar cannot display a schedule. Select at least one room or user before applying the filter.
Use Configure Rooms or Configure Users when you need to open the related clinic settings. Configuration changes may require administrator access.
Filter the displayed visits
The footer shows how many visits are displayed out of the total. Open the filter control to choose a visit group, such as:
- All Visits;
- My Visits;
- New Patients;
- Same-Day Bookings;
- Online Bookings;
- Follow-up Visits;
- Unpaid Invoices.
The status filter can show:
- All Statuses;
- All Active;
- Unconfirmed;
- Confirmed;
- Checked in;
- Completed;
- No-show;
- Canceled.
The number beside each filter is the count of matching visits. Choose All Visits and All Statuses to remove the filters.
Adjust time scale and cell size
Use the clock control in the calendar footer to choose the time grid interval:
- 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, or 60 minutes.
Use the size control to change the amount of information shown in each calendar cell:
- Compact;
- Normal;
- Large;
- X-Large.
Choose a smaller interval for precise scheduling and a larger cell size when you need more room to read visit details.
Print the schedule
- Select the date range and view you want to print.
- Open Print.
- Choose Rooms or Users.
- Select Print All, or select one room or user.
- Review the print page and use the device's print command.
The printout uses the current calendar date range and groups visits by the selected room or user. Apply the relevant calendar filters before printing when you need a focused schedule.
