Reset your password
Reset your Dentaltap password securely and regain access to your clinic account when you cannot sign in.
If you cannot remember your password, start from the Dentaltap sign-in page.
Reset your password
- Select Forgot password on the sign-in page.
- Enter the email address connected to your Dentaltap account.
- Check your inbox and open the password reset message.
- Follow the link and choose a new password.
- Return to the sign-in page and log in with the new password.
If the reset email does not arrive
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Confirm that you entered the email address used for your Dentaltap account.
- Wait a few minutes before requesting another email.
- Ask your clinic administrator to confirm that your account is active.
Never share a password reset link or your new password with another person.
