Use kanban boards, filters, custom views, and messaging workflows to organize clinic work.

Automation is the clinic command center for records that need action. It helps the team review visits, follow-ups, tasks, invoices, and patient requests as kanban boards instead of separate lists.

The app route is /p/flow. In some places inside Tablet Next it may still appear as Workflow, but in this guide it is described as Automation because that is the user-facing purpose of the module.
